Home Help & Everyday Support

We offer light domestic assistance to help keep your home running smoothly — just the way you like it.

Our support includes:

  • Washing up, tidying, and general cleaning

  • Hoovering and polishing

  • Changing bed linen and making beds

  • Organising wardrobes and cupboards

  • Ironing

  • Taking or collecting dry cleaning

  • Writing shopping lists and accompanying you to the shops

  • Help with paying bills or sorting mail

  • Prescription collection

  • Booking appointments and arranging transport

  • Light meal preparation to support your nutrition and comfort​​

  • Light pet care

Social Support & Companionship

We’re here to keep you connected, engaged, and socially active — in whatever way feels right for you.

Our companionship services include:

  • Friendly conversation and shared stories

  • Reading together — newspapers, books, or online

  • Enjoying music, films, and photo memories

  • Helping with hobbies, crafts, and puzzles

  • Visits to local attractions or places of interest

  • Trips to the cinema, theatre, or community events

  • Shopping for gifts, clothing, or essentials

  • Trips out for coffee or meals

  • Hairdresser/barber visits

  • Escorting to appointments (non-medical support only)

  • Helping arrange home and garden services

  • Staying in touch with friends and family

  • We do not provide transport, but we will travel alongside you in arranged transport (e.g. taxis,buses,or public services)​​
